    Every pc I have tried it says no but doesnt say why the i7 with 8 gig ram says its meets specs but wont run 11 not much help if it doesnt say whats wrong we did have same when 10 came out

    You need to go into Bios and enable the PPT or AMD's TPM

    MS has supposedly updated the PC Health check app to provide some additional information.

    If your I7 isn't Generation 8 or newer, it'll be flagged as incompatible. Even if it has much higher capabilities than listed in the hardware requirements.
