The tool is buggy, I would think it will be fixed quickly, so I just wouldn't worry about anything yet.

There are plenty of other compatibility requirements e.g. DXDIAG 12, and certain processor requirements too.
POLL: Does your current PC meet Windows 11 minimum requirements? | Windows 11 Forum
Real. Is the only requirement that i dont cover. But MS says required "1 GHz processor with 2 cores" like mine is.
Additionally the 'WhyNotWin11" utility , finds a problem at partition :
Αnd i'm not going to change computer just to run windows 11 as they have no substantial improvements like appearance customization.

Edit: Enabled secure boot.
Same for me even though my laptop passes the required system requirements.
I wonder if it’s due to not having Secure Boot turned on. Tbh I don’t wish to do that.

Try going into Bios and setting the TPM yourself
I don't know if you would even find it in a laptop but i turned mine on in the Bios it's not automatic
Ran the tool, failed at my intel i5 7600 Then the PC would not shut down... kept going back to desktop..
Uninstalled tool now shuts down ok...
