After opening Microsoft Edge Radio Station is heard in the background

Hi. Starting about a week ago, after I open Edge, after a few seconds or so it sounds like a radio station is playing. It is very clear. Does not happen on any other browser or at any other time. It happens intermittently. I'm running version 21H1 Build 19043.1081. I did a search for this issue and only found 1 item referring to this but that was in 2016 before Edge Chromium. SFC and DISM all good. No virus or malware found. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Update: I just checked the Edge Browser Task Manager and a Process called Utility: Audio Service is running. If I end the task the "radio " sound stops. I don't know if this service normally runs on Edge startup. I know that it's triggered when playing YouTube or other audio source. I will check it again when the background sound isn't present.

Update: I opened Edge again and this time there was no background "radio" but the Utility:Audio Service was running so that is not the problem.

Update: Found the cause of the issue. The Pluto TV extension which I've been using for a long time was causing the background "radio" sound. I got a message recently that that extension will soon not work so I removed it. Problem solved!
