What Is Wrong With My Video Directory?

I don't know what did this but if I am in a program that ask me to select a folder for a video to be saved to or imported from it has changed the name of a directory. I have created a folder Movies & TV which gets changed. I also see the error if I open windows explorer and open the folder then click the address bar as you can see in the photos below. How do I fix this? I assume it's a registry error.
    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Microsoft.ZuneVideo_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.ZuneVideo

Do you get the same problem if saving to C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Videos? The icons in Quick Access and Libraries are usually shortcuts to same-name folders in C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\.

It doesn't effect the files, it is only that sub-directory, which was fine inside video. I have MANY subdirectories inside C:\Users\Randy\Videos. I know about quick access but that's not really what I'm talking about.

The 2 explorer photos are only meant to only show what's happening in the address bar. That same thing is happening if I am in a program that ask me to pick a directory to use and I select C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Movies & TV\ or anything within that directory including subfolders. Everything will have this preceding it's address such as

    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Microsoft.ZuneVideo_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.ZuneVideo\Check
    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Microsoft.ZuneVideo_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.ZuneVideo\Check\Fix
    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Microsoft.ZuneVideo_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.ZuneVideo\Check\Fix\Recode Names & Titles

When they should be as follows:

    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Movies & TV\Check
    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Movies & TV\Check\Fix
    C:\Users\Randy\Videos\Movies & TV\Check\Fix\Recode Names & Titles

Start File Explorer, click "View" at the top, then "Navigation pane" in the upper left corner and make sure that "Show Libraries" is checked. Find and expand "Libraries" in the left window, right-click "Videos", select "Properties" and make sure that "Movies & TV" is listed with a check mark next to it. If there is no check mark, highlight it, click "Set save location" and click "OK". If it isn't even listed, click "Add", browse to it and select "Include folder". Then highlight it, click "Set save location" and click "OK".

Just a comment: Zune software, hardware, and then subscription services were retired from 2012-2017 progressively.
    Zune - Wikipedia

    This may still apply:
Zune: it's just the system name for the Music and Video player apps. The Zune name stopped being used by the marketing team, but the programmers left the name in the manifest files because it's a big undertaking to replace all those namespace as quickly as the marketing team likes to rename products :)
    - which suggests any folder names you're seeing including Zune are somehow related to the Movies and TV app (Films and TV for me in the UK).
