wordpad & textedit wont work after latest clean install

And they are not even prent at regedit. I did a clean install AGAIN, but they did not work before that one either.

1 What does "not even prent at regedit" mean?
2 What is "textedit"? Do you mean NotePad? Is NotePad at C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe ?
    3 Is WordPad at "%ProgramFiles%\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe" ?
4 What is your Windows Version? Run WinVer to find out.

Check, if you have Notepad/WordPad installed in Optional Features.

Manage Optional Features in Windows 10

But even if you do, MS has replaced them with store versions for which some features no longer work.

    Hi, please provide screenshots thus:
wordpad & textedit wont work after latest clean install-screenshot-.png
    to show
    a. whether you can launch Notepad, Wordpad.
    b. how you are launching them
    c. what you mean when you say you can't use them

No one can guess what's happening on the basis of your post I'm afraid.

Can you launch and type normally in any other programs? Examples?

    The forum prompted you thus:

If WordPad is installed [default with install of Win10 non-S] it can be checked by opening Run [Windows key + R], type write and press Enter. The file is in C:\Windows but only calls/opens the WordPad executable.
