    Although I don't have subscriptions, I continue to have a profile on the new TechNet Evaluation Center, which I'll be downloading from. Bookmarked via tile on my Start Screen and will be checking regularly. :)

    You'll see elhassan's post with pic of different languages being released in both 32 and 64 bit.

    I would imagine it'll be released by sequential regions in order to deal with traffic as in the past. Perhaps this time they have more data centers set up around the world this time? Hopefully so.

    Unless you just have to be one of the first to get the technical preview, it might be easier to just wait a few days until the download traffic settles down.
