Personally I would never need to do what you ask. If I wanted to I would use a third party program that can run a custom script and even add command line scan options for AV's if you know the command lines.
Save as script and set up a simple scheduled task to launch it. However why not just run the script manually as it would then run on demand rather than interfere with whatever else you need to be doing on your computer?
