    Unwanted folders in Recycle Bin

I have one, two and occasionally three unwanted folders which regularly but not always, re-appear in my Recycle Bin. I have tried deleting them separately. Restoring them doesn't make them appear back in their original place.
They were all created, used and deleted empty over the same week or two and I think that they are correct in each showing the same lower-case title.
They are 190 bytes each and are dated at different times.
It is not a big problem but I would appreciate advice on how to get rid of them.

    Hello,

You could see if using the method in the tutorial below may fix the Recycle Bin for you. Be sure to do it for all drives the folders were deleted from.

If the tutorial doesn't work, this method might do so.
    Restore one of the files.
Left click on the restored file.
    RIGHT click on the file.
    Left click on PROPERTIES
Left click on the Details tab.
At the bottom of the window, left click on "Remove properties and personal information"
In the new window, left click on the second Radio button :Remove the following properties from this file"
In the same window, left click on Select All.
In the same window, left click on O.K.
In the Details tab window, left click O.K.
Either try selecting and deleting that file in the Recycle bin again,or empty the Recycle bin completely.

    Thanks for the replies.
I feel a bit nervous about going deep into the bowels, even if I manage to sign in as administrator.
I have Restored the folders a number of times but I cannot find them anywhere. The Search at bottom left doesn't produce anything. As I said, they are only 190 bytes each. I empty the Recycle Bin every one or two days and these unwanted folders do not appear every time.

It's normal to be apprehensive, part of the learning process.
In the search box, bottom left, type in---command---excluding the hyphens.
In the new box,Command Prompt,select---run as administrator---
Immediately after the flashing cursor, type in sfc /scannow all lower case and note the space before the /
Then press Enter and be patient.
When finished, the message might say successful or not.Regardless of the result,in the same box type in dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter. Again,be patient.
If you stuff it up,welcome to the club.Nothing will happen to your computer, those commands should fix any file corruption.

I've found you can use TreeSize Free to peruse the Recycle Bin and then delete or copy such folders in the Recycle Bin

I am sorry about the delay in replying, due to a touch of ill health.
The unwanted files will not restore - anyway, I can't find them.
I have tried your suggestions without success, most probably my fault, and I have decided to accept these folders which appear sometimes, not always, in the Recycle Bin.
    Many thanks for your help.
I guess there is a way of closing this thread but I can't see it at the moment.
