Hotkey help - Select Specific window?

Lets say you have 10 "active" windows/programs. Some are in restored state, some minimized. I know that you can toggle between windows by either Alt+tab or Alt+Ctrl+Tab, but is there hotkey to select a specific program/window?

Hi, I've not seen one to specifically pick the 'nth' open program for example.

    ALT-ESC cycles through open windows
Ctrl + Windows key + Tab cycles through the open windows with the arrow keys or with the mouse scroll button with an on-screen display as you say.

    Then there are:

My apologies, I guess I didn't hit post yesterday. Thank you! This is awesome! The Win+# command will work great. I'm using VoiceAttack and I can just make sure the desired program is in the proper taskbar slot for its voice command. It took a try or two to realize that the start and search buttons are excluded. So, Win+#1 is the very next application on taskbar. Thank you again!
