Help with having an application always open on primary monitor?

Hello. I use two monitors. I always want my internet browser window to open on the primary monitor. I know one solution is to drag the window to the right monitor, close it, and then it will remember that next time. Problem is, I actively use my internet browser on my secondary monitor to watch shows or streams. So I may quickly pause and unpause there, and now Windows will want to open new browser windows there.

I'm open to unconventional solutions and tweaks. I may look into something like Actual Tools too. Thanks for any help or ideas.

Simple solution. Use different browsers in each monitor. I use Edge on my primary monitor and Firefox on my secondary. If you need any passwords, favorites or other settings, these can be imported from one browser to the other, so you won't miss a thing.
