Hello @roorunner and welcome to Ten Forums.
People have been running Win 11 on some pretty old computers...
Let's install Windows 11 on incompatible hardware | Windows 11 Forum
I have a very old custom built Desktop.
My motherboard is: Asus P8B75-M/CSM (from 2012).
This motherboard isn't sold having the ability to support Windows 11, YET it does have something on the motherboard which I can add onto. The TPM module, which would allow me to install Windows 11 properly on there:
Specs ASUS P8B75-M/CSM motherboard Intel(R) H61 LGA 1155 (Socket H2) micro ATX (P8B75-M/CSM)
TPM addition:

So if I were you, I'd do some research about your motherboard, and see if it supports adding that device on there to allow Windows 11 to install correctly and securely. It's best to have Windows 11 install with the TPM module for the highest security.
Welcome to Ten Forums.
With a little ingenuity and a workaround or two you can install or upgrade to Windows 11 on virtually anything, no matter how far below spec it falls.
one needs to have the ability, that unfortunately I lack these days. And with that, I wasn't expecting all this help, just figure to say hi.
Hi,
Call me Satyr37. I used to build PC's and sell them in the 80's and 90's. I've still got 8088's and Windows 2000's and NT's, and Dos boxes, etc in the garage. Probably corroded now. Anyway, I've also got a Physwics degree and worked as a Physicist for a while, then as a Radiation Safety Officer for a while. And now I'm retired. Or rather pensioned off as I had a stroke about 8 years ago.
I seem to be making more mistakes, and the stroke makes me forget names. Also affects balance, but I'm much luckier than other stroke survivors! Having said that I made a big boo boo recently so I've come here for advice and assistance to recover a HDD quick formatted than Win 10 LTSC (release 18) installed all over my decades of data!
Anyway, hello to all reading this!
