My first time here, although I used to browse sevenforums and usually found a solution to my problem without needing to post a question. This time I'm making the leap to ask for help. My first computing was on a North American Aviation D9A computer, mounted in the Hound Dog missile. Third shift is a great time to read the manuals and try things out. Next came an Apple ][, PC-DOS, on up the line, with a career that revolved around IBM 360 systems. I like tinkering with computers, but often find Windows to be frustratingly obtuse. Over the years I've found the best information and the most generous folks are on forums (fora?) like this. Cheers.
