    Hi, this is my first post since joining the forum. I'm about to make the move from Windows 7 to Windows 10. A member here that I met elsewhere online has been really helpful to me in the past and is instrumental in me joining this forum and upgrading my operating system. I've been doing computers for fifteen years but still consider myself a beginner. Looking forward to reading this forum and hopefully learning something.

    Welcome to Ten Forums Keneth. We hav. e a couple of tutorials that may help with your upgrade. Upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 for Free | Tutorials and if you want to do a clean install. Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to Upgrade First | Tutorials

    Hi, I'm a new old guy. 8o) I began my career in the US Navy as a Data Systems technician. After 6 long years, I had enough. When I came out I enjoyed a 30+ year career, including stints at IBM in Boca Raton as a contractor, FTE at Gould Computer Systems Division, and even Lexmark in Lexington, KY. I have been using and wrestling PCs since Win 3.0. I also run a couple of Linux distros.
    Microsoft always gives me problems by hiding information. Hope I can find some info here.
