Hi, My name is Ian Loughlin. I used to be a Systems Engineer with DEC specialising in VAX/VMS so I have a tenuous connection with early Windows Systems. It seems to have moved on from Windows 95.
There is no-one more dangerous than someone who used to be technical and thinks he still is , hence I often get stuck with issues on W10. According to DELL I should not even be running it on my Inspiron 545 (2009) system but it seems to work (most of the time). Hope I can pick up some useful tips.

Welcome to Ten Forums Ian. Yeah it's moved on just a bit since Win 95. I have it running very well on an 11yo laptop so it will run on just about anything.
