    Hello, I am a technology professional and have used PCs for many years. Usually resolving a PC and Win OS issues have not been a problem. Lately though, updates in the OS and OEM support of their slightly older Win10 devices seem to run into problems. One such problem brought me to this forum. I have started a thread and hope to benefit as well as contribute to this forum. Thanks!
