Weird highlighting of text on start menu after upgrading to 21H1

Not seeing the same thing but I'd wonder if it has something to do with the Theme in use. I downloaded and use the United States Theme from the Store.

That may be the issue, don't know but this is what mine looks like not set to match the wallpaper:

You can remove the search box, but leave the magnifying glass icon, like mine is set up.
Then the search box will be invisible until you click the magnifying glass icon.
