Missing thumb screws and the company won't help

I bought a musetex computer case off of Craigslist and most of the case is actually pretty good. But I noticed there's a I wanna say about a centimeter side panel screw and about a half inch front panel screw missing. I reached out to the musetex company and told them my situation and they told me they don't sell screws individually and told me best regards.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do or where I can buy those size of the thumb screws?

A Search finds a number of places for case screws:
    computer case screws at DuckDuckGo
When I've junked computers over the years I save the screws, there doesn't appear to be a standard for the thumb screw shapes except for the threaded part itself so I have an assortment available when needing a replacement.

when musetex sales dept reaches out to you for future purchases, maybe tell them: [Bye] Best regards!
If you have a local computer fixit/business-oriented place nearby, they probably have or can get you the screws you need.

As you are in the States, if you have an 'ACE Hardware' nearby, check there.

I say 'ACE' specifically, because the store near me, has the largest selection of bolts and screws known to man, seriously.

    Best of luck.

Edited to add... Another benefit of 'ACE', is, if you find what you need, you can purchase just one, you are not required to purchase a box full of screws you may never need, unlike the big box stores (Home Depot or Lowes).

One thing: if you can take copies of the screws to the hardware store (or big box store, like Home Depot) with you, it'll help.

I find that the stores typically have thread checkers there (usable by customers, right next to the fasteners). In both English and metric.

If they don't have thumb screws, you could either use screws that need screwdrivers, or see what you can find online.

Um, he doesn't have the screws, that's what he's looking for.

It'd be unusual if any of the case screws are unique. My cases have multiples of each type of screw. Yours does not?

Looking at my post, I wrote "copies". I wasn't suggesting that the ghosts of lost screws would be useful.

The tumb screws for my box have a flat side and the thread part is really small like a half a centimeter. There's basically just enough length to keep the glass side panel on. The glass side panel has 4 holes an each corner of the glass that sits on top of 4 circular pegs that are on the box. I'll try to get a video of it later. But I still haven't gotten around to going to ace hardware yet.
