Do you want the "filenames" or the "Titles"?

If you want the filenames you could use a for from the command and save them to a file called filenames.txt:

for %a in (*.mp3) do @echo %~na>>filenames.txt

If you want to the titles you'll have to use something that can read metadata in the following example I use a tool called exiftool:

exiftool -r -p "$Title" . 2>nul >> Title.txt
