    update browser for app has stopped working


    does anyone have any idea what this relates to following the latest Microsoft may windows 10 build ?

    Hello Nick,

    “UpdateBrowserForApp.exe” is used by the Bing Wallpaper app.

    Not sure why either, but you could try reinstalling the app to see if that may sort it.

    I've done that still the same. message come up once a day for some reason.

    i uninstalled the Bing wallpaper and it still shows up I've reinstalled it and its still coming up so I'll add that to the list when i speak with Microsoft next week. this new build needs some further work on it. I've only found 2 faults which is pretty good but am sure other members have found more ?

    I searched for the “UpdateBrowserForApp.exe” file on my system, but nothing was found.

    same here and i have the reinstalled the app.

    Try Uninstalling the App, and restarting. If that gets rid of it, consider not using it.

    i have now uninstalled the app but its still showing. i will be speaking with the Microsoft agent later in the week and hopefully get a proper fix.
