By Its do you mean the app, or the error message? You can try reinstalling and using an Uninstaller app like Revo Uninstaller, use the Advance method to remove Windows Registry settings as well.

no nice try and the app error message is still showing even when the app is uninstalled. i have now reinstalled the Bing wallpaper and its still showing. my guess is that some other app or service is causing it to malfunction and will have to live with it for the time being

yes i did. I've just reinstalled windows 10 to see if that works this time around

all now fixed not sure as to why but i went heavy on my reg cleaner and it went away
