Yes, I know about this manual, but it is complicated for me, without a picture, etc.

The instructions are very clear, Go thru it step by step, if you get stuck, post back here and we can walk you thru it.

Right-click on the Start button --> Windows PowerShell (Admin).
Run the following command:

If the OP has made such a change, s/he will know how to open an elevated Command Prompt.

Make sure that the image path and the Windows directory for the image exist and you have Read permissions on the folder.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
