The only thing in common with the four laptops I have, where the lock screens work, is that I have hibernate disabled via CMD.

    This is what I have,
and that's working correctly with the words top right daily like what you see?
I have the same two registry entries as Fabler2 and "Like what you see?" appears for me.

I think your issue is probably RotatingLockScreenOverlayEnabled=0, so try 1 or delete it.

i have found a work around for the lock screen and that is to get the dynamic theme from the Microsoft app store. this will automatically store the lock screen photos daily to the computer. it will also store the Bing desktop photos as well should you wish to do so.
as for the message do you like what you see that's still not working for me but with this workaround that's no longer a problem

NIck, I've proposed this pages ago. And it is what I am using atm. At least in 21H1 builds. Enablement package for build 21H1 is the culprit. I have a system in office that I didn't apply the last CU yet, and it has the same problem with Spotlight. Insiders dev systems are OK, so Spotlight system is working fine.

Same as you, i can live with Dynamic theme. Using it for years

I'm afraid you were right still no Spotlight.

There is something really weird going on in Lock screen settings page. Switch for getting fun facts and etc on Lockscreen is available for Picture and Slideshow setting, but not for Spotlight
