When I see that happen there's a couple things I try, one is to hit F11 to get Full Screen [different from Maximized], another is to hold down the Ctrl key and hit + or - to change the size of the window/program text and still another is to simply hit Enter which frequently is the default such as seen when a setup/install has finished. Another is to turn off a program's toolbars/ribbons to get more screen room.
Oh THANK YOU Berton, I'll keep the F11 and the other info you gave me for any future glitches to fix, God knows Microsoft gives us plenty with each windows update. :) But I already solved the problem with the help of spunk's suggestion.

As to "Ctrl key and hit + or -", yes I always use it, but it didn't work on this particular spacing window.

As to "turn off a program's toolbars/ribbons", it reminds me I now have some serious glitches with the toolbar/ribbons. I'm trying to type a description of this problem as clearly as possible and then will have to search for answers. In fact I needed to use these toolbars/ribbons in order to go fix the Spacing problem which made the first problem, double. But this is another story, lol! Thanks again.

"I still have a few other glitches, but I'd be very embarrassed to bother you kind and helpful friends again, so I'll take those to other forums though I'd prefer coming to Ten Forums" Hey, post all your computer situations in tenforums, that is why these forums exist.
Oh THANK YOU Roland for such a warm invitation. I will, as soon as I put the problem into as clear as possible description since it's a little complicated, at least for me. Thanks again. :)

P.S. Why can't one give reputation to ALL those wonderful tenforums' tech soldiers???
    P.P.S. Love your quote. :)

You can, only one at a time, one by one.

I had a similar problem recently and did F11 (which wasn’t enough) and then hid the bottom task bar (which worked so the bottom of the window was visible). To hide the bottom task bar, right click on it, select taskbar settings. Second option down the list is “Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode”. Click the slider to “on”. You can turn it off again when you’ve finished with your window.

The bottom of the window should then show

Hello everyone here! A few days ago I had a problem and thanks to all of you kind knowledgeable souls I tried a combination of all your good suggestions...and so I've been able to fix both problems at the same time!!!

I know this isn't the thread, but I couldn't find the one of a few days ago. This one is similar except I had 2 problems - 2-in-one: I needed to get rid of the 2-sided printing but couldn't reach
the "OK" button. So I'm SO GRATEFUL TO ALL OF YOU for your kind and very efficient help!!!

I wish you all a Very Healthy and Happy Thanksgiving!!! :) Adela
