First, @rboris, did you reset the BIOS to defaults using the option under the Exit menu in BIOS?
Second, we need to see a screenshot of disk management. Please be sure to follow all the instructions regarding expanding data columns and the bottom section where the drives are shown so we can see them all:
How to Post a Screenshot of Disk Management

We need a full screenshot with everything visible, like this:

The bootloader info should be contained in the FAT32 EFI System Partition on the SSD which looks like it is disk 4. To confirm you have the proper BCD in the EFI System Partition, open a command prompt with administrator privileges and run:
    Code:
    bcdboot C:\Windows
See if that command completes successfully. In BIOS, CSM mode should be disabled. Secure boot should be enabled.

Here is page 53 from the BIOS manual. What do you see under NVMe Controller and Drive Information?

Did you run it from a command prompt (Run As Administrator)? If it fails, is should give an error message. It should look like this:
    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19043.1023]
    (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>bcdboot C:\Windows
    Boot files successfully created.

You need to scroll pretty far down on the Advanced tab, to see: NVMe Controller and Drive Information

    found it.
but it means nothing to me.
it was there is about all i can say.
either the bios is blown or the drive has lost its identity (boot loader). Or the machine is a problem. But if I force a boot it works perfectly.
