You can always download the latest ISO file of W10 from here.

    Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Click where it says "Download Tool Now" then run it to download the ISO file.

Once you have the ISO file, open it with windows explorer, and click on setup.

The update to version 21H1 will begin.

It`s amazing how fast that page is opening now, it used to take like 15 seconds.

After updating, it still says im up to version 2004. Not sure how you guys are getting newer updates than this because windows update is not prompting me for it. Maybe its a region thing? I am in south east asia.

Anyway, the big problem now is that windows keeps prompting me that my firewall is turned off (see screenshot). The prompts appear for a few times after restarting my computer.

As far as i can tell, all my security notifications are disabled...does anyone know what setting controls this exactly?

Go to the Control Panel and open Windows Defender Firewall, on the left side you can turn on windows firewall.

Go to Settings>Update & Security>Windows Security>Open Windows Security to make sure it`s all turned on.

You might try the solution here and advise if it works:
How to remove Windows 10 firewall notification? : sysadmin

Don't you wish to actually be sure your firewall's on though?
