How to remove three dots (...) if text is longer than taskbar width?

Hello!
Been scratching my head over this space consuming thing.
Is there a way just to not have the ... if the text is longer than the taskbar size?
Is there a way to keep the text going without converting into ... , and then just stopping as the bar stops?
I would rather have the text typed out as much as possible rather than having the dots.

I thought maybe it would expand the text. I don't have any versions this old to test on, sorry. BTW... you OS is off support from MS as of a week ago. You might not know that, so I've included the Microsoft info on that for you.

To test on??
There is nothing to test out since there is no real malfunction.
I was asking if it was possible to remove the dots (...) .
I highly doubt your windows version or whatever runs somewhat differently than mine on the taskbar section....

@f14tomcat -- I'm a Windows 7 person, I don't remember any of my bottom-only taskbar icons, having those three dots. I have to hilite any individual taskbar icon to see the popup giving full name, or, go into the folder housing the taskbar icons. How do you keep your taskbar so clean and thin?

I also use Nexus dock. Just my choice. Lets me pin what I want to quick area on taskbar or app generated on right side. All else of any importance to me goes on the Dock, which is set to pop-up on cursor touching bottom.
