Had a power cut now cannot get to some of my files

    In my example below, partitions 1, 2, 3, and 4 should be deleted, while partition 5 should remain untouched. The deleted partitions will become a single unallocated space, in which Windows will be installed.

    Personally I would not take any risk and start up with a Linux distribution (Linux Mint). Then copy all relevant files to an external device. After that you can try to repair Windows, without fear to loose data.
