Frequent screen unresponsivity, processess seem to keep running

Hello. I have no idea what sub-forum this would ideally belong to. I have a rather odd issue which I can't describe without a lot of verbose.
The error occurs once in, say, every running time which exceeds one hour, but it might happen in the first 5 minutes of run time or not at all in 3 hours. At seemingly random times, my monitor gives signs of freezing. Firstly, the image of whatever video is running on youtube is freezing, while I can still use my cursor. Then the cursor freezes too and after a few moments my screen turns black (black light), then it turns off and back again to the black light and the cycle is repeated indefinitely with no other fix than pressing the power button. Only once it occured that after about 3 or 4 ons and offs, it came back to what I was doing before the freeze. The sound of the video is uninterrupted (not to imply that the error only occurs when watching yt), and so has happened once in a Meet and I could still hear what was being said without any distorsions or audio bugs, but at other times, when for example playing video games, the sound stops as well. I have no idea what to do or what to search for, the only useful mention might be that the only hardware in my PC older than ~one year is my CPU, about 5-6 years old. Please instruct me on what to do and what pics/info to post and I will follow, thank you greatly!

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.

Done. Unfortunately my Windows is not in its best shape and the fact that I cannot change my display language seems either unfixable or unfixable to my knowledge. I checked the logs and wherever I found romanian, I added the english translation after a "/", I hope that I did not miss anything because I did not want to blindly fully translate it all as Google Translate does not do very well with rather obscure languages. Thank you.

Edit: I have done both scans with and without addition.txt because I did not get wether I should include it or not.

Lets start with removing this > GoogleCrashHandler
    What is GoogleCrashHandler64.exe?
GoogleCrashHandler64.exe Windows process - What is it?
"The genuine GoogleCrashHandler64.exe file is a software component of Google Updater by Google.
Google Updater is no longer a supported application and uninstallation is recommended"

Use Geek to uninstall. Then test.
    Download Geek Uninstaller 1.4.7.142

    Geek Uninstaller 1.4.7.142 Screenshot - Freeware Files.com

Just Double click on the program in Geek, that you want to uninstall. If it opens a web page, close the web page & then wait for Geek to present the 2nd step.

Next, if needed, fix this System error. Then test.

Best you do the 1st possible fix now, then if you still have problems, you know that wasn't the culprit.
