windows randomly freezing

This just start happens randomly. I noticed it both while working on something and while sitting on idle mode with me hovering for no reason. The screen goes in light color background if we keep trying to open something and then an error popup comes on saying

When I tried to open task manager, it doesn't open anything like any other program. But eventually windows fixes itself without needing me to force reboot it again.
I haven't tried a thorough test as I searched about stress test cuz I wanted to know where and what to begin with. My specs are intel core i5 5200U, 8gb ddr3, 1TB hdd, windows 10 20h1(may patch ig)

If it's only happening with that program... just re-install that program.

If it's NOT just that program.... then I would check your temperatures. It may be a heat issue.

The easiest way to post a screen shot...is just use the PrtSc key (Print Screen), and after cropping the image in Paint or any image editor, save it to your desktop as .jpg or .png.

Then in the post just use this icon to upload the pic.

Try running a Clean Boot. If this works, you can leave it this way, or you can add one Service or Startup item at a time till the computer starts Freezing, then you will know what the culprit is.
