Unlocked Lock screen showing before screen off

    hi

this is a bit of strange one - on my new Zenbook i noticed that the lockscreen shows up BEFORE the pc goes to screen off - there is no screen saver configured in settings or aynthjing

and the weird part is that it's unlocked also, so you can click ENTER or spacebar or a click of the mouse and it shows the desktop so it's like a "fake" lock screen lol... but it's genuine, no fake screens, etc

Win + L works perfectly etc.

if i change the screen saver setting instead

like this then it goes to lock screen and it's actually locked for example after a minute.

I have another laptop, and it never shown the UNLOCKED lock screen before going in power off - which is set to 10 minutes.

anyone has an idea? it's just odd

    cheers,
    Gabrio

I just went thru something similar, there are other places in settings that turn the lock screen on and off. But in this case It could be screen time out settings ( also in power config )
