Navigation Pane Folder Expand/ Collapse Context Menu Location?

If I right click any expandable folder in the navigation pane then Expand appears at the top of the context menu or else Collapse appears if the folder is already expanded.

The issue: Both context menu entries for Expand/ Collapse show the wrong icon. I'm not even sure if there is supposed to be an icon displayed.

The arrow in the screenshot is pointing at the icon that I'd like to remove. I cannot find it in the registry. Does anyone know where to look?

FWIW I don't see an icon there- even if I add a folder to 'This PC' and rt click it.

I don't see it using a third party file explorer. I only see it in Windows File Explorer.

In File Explorer or the older Windows Explorer the tiny arrow at the left end of a folder indicates there's subfolders in it, clicking that arrow can toggle an expanded or collapsed view. As mentioned it's not an icon. It can show in Quick Access, Libraries and in This PC as a function, if not wanting to see the contents just collapse it using that arrow.

FYI: There is an icon displayed in the context menu just to the left of "Expand"

I figured out that it is placed there by WiseVector StopX by uninstalling the program. The icon vanished. Reinstalled the program and the icon is back. I'm not sure of it's purpose (the icon) but it would be nice to remove the icon without removing the program.#

(The icon's a sort of spaceship... there's one coming down soon- somewhere- maybe not the best choice...!)

Seems to me that it is controlled by the shell extension (.dll) with no way to remove it. The extension controls which context menus it gets added to.

Resource Hacker- remove the icon from the relevant dll? Might be it's needed somewhere else though.
