    Windows Task Manager strange behavior


    Hello,Windows Task Manager's icon is on the taskbar. Recently when I click to open it, it opens in a tiny window at the left upper corner of the display, hardly find it. Have to resize it - not to the full size, so I drag open it to size I want.What I did so far: Right-clicked on the icon, then clicked on properties, and checked once normal size, then again checked maximized.But on a next time it again sits tiny small in the upper left corner of the display.I have not done any updates recently except updating windows defender daily.This starts to be annoying.Answers will be appreciated.Thanks MotimWindows 10 pro, 19041.928 x64

    Drag the window to the size you want then close it.
    DO NOT maximize it then close it!
