    EFI System Partition in error

I am running 21376.1 Looking around in Manage Disks and Volumes I found the EFI partition says full repair needed. Is this a problem? System runs fine and boots ok. If it should be fixed how do I fix it. ieEFI Partition.pdf

Did you once cloned a drive to the current SSD? If you did, it is probably the partition ID that need to be fixed.

The new SSD has a different partition ID than the source partition.
You just need to do a Startup Repair to correct the partition ID on the boot loader file.
If you used Macrium Reflect it has a Startup Repair. You can also boot from a Win 10 installation drive and do a boot repair.
Run Startup Repair in Windows 10

If it needed a startup repair, wouldn't the computer fail to boot?

Startup repair failed to fix drive, but I ran it from the active drive (selected settings recovery and rebooted the system. I am creating a CD now to boot off of.
The reason the system boots is because I am not pointing to the EFI

Can I ask what you are pointing to then? The PDF file you included shows the EFI System Partition as the System Partition just like it should be.
