Nothing opens on windows except for a few applications

Hello, I recently moved some files from my SSD C drive to my Hard Drive D Drive to add space to my C drive. After that I tried adding ram to realize its not the right size of ram. Then when turning on my computer nothing opened, Discord, Steam, and other apps. So I tried doing many debugging but can't figure it out. I can't even right in the Admin Powershell window and no PS C:\.... shows up for me. Other impacts this has had on my computer. I can't right click apps on my desktop and will load a right click forever or until I left click and the desktop resets visually. I cant even open my Avast Antivirus.

Please help I just want to play Apex.

What kind of computer, what files did you move, and did you put your ram back in properly. Like seated & in the correct slots.

Can you pull up Task (Ctrl+Shf+Esc)...what does it say under Memory?

I built my computer myself I forget the motherboard manufacturer.

I moved Documents, Downloads, Desktop, Music, Videos, and some Solidworks data.

I believe I did because it wasn't turning on properly and I had to refit the ram.

Here is what my memory says...Nothing opens on windows except for a few applications-screenshot-2021-05-06-214804.png

Ahhkay, i thought maybe one of your sticks wasn't in & it was tryna run on 4gigs. Did you move those entire folders or just some stuff inside.

Moving the desktop folder means anything on your desktop wont work now bc the path for each item has changed. All your game info was probably in documents as well. I'd put everything back if you can.

If that don't work try system restore [WinKey+r] then put rstrui.exe in the box.
