Need help with File Explorer Problem

I am on Windows 10 and I opened my File explorer one day and found it blank. I have my folders on the side but the main file areas are gone. It works when I'm on another site or program like when I'm uploading a picture to Discord, but when I normally open File Explorer it is blank. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've tried to reset my computer and I've run a command prompt system file check and nothing. I included a screenshot of my File Explorer for reference

The Quick Access appears to be highlighted and there are no entries in it. The entries may have been removed [doesn't delete any files] or if like mine there's a small down arrow on the left end that when clicked will list more. Quick Access and Libraries are really shortcuts to the folders in C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\.

    Welcome to Ten Forums.

Your screenshot shows that File Explore opens to 'Quick Access'. This is normally a list of your most frequently visited folders, your recently opened files and any folders you have pinned to Quick Access.

However, there are a couple of things you need to enable in order for Windows to build up this list as you work on the PC. These are in File Explorer, under File > Change folder and search options. You need to tick either or both of the Privacy options.

You can also pin your important folders to Quick Access.

You may also prefer to open File Explorer at 'This PC' rather than 'Quick Access'. You can change that too.

I wonder if this isnt a registry issue.

This article suggests re-registering the Windows dlls. Its for a different issue that is not at all dissimilar to yours.

Control Panel Blank? You Can Easily Fix This.

Basically, you open an elevated command prompt like you did for the SFC and run the command:

    Code:
    for %a in (c:\Windows\System32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %a

1 See if the problem exists in Safe mode
2 See if the problem exists for a new user account
    3 Run a Repair install

These procedures are explained in TenForumsTutorials

You have created an additional thread for your problem File Explorer is Blank????

    Best of luck,
