Task Manager overrun with unidentified Processes

Task Manager is getting overrun with unidentified Processes
hogging my ram and cpu . when i try to stop these it says Access Denied .

I need tools that give me control to stop and prevent these tasks, and also beyond any doubt identify the processes .

Alot of svg hosts etc. This is just a part of the list. There is a whole row More of these processes.
I'm almost certain this is making a game i play crash a lot .

Note i am using process hacker a tool i found online that gives more information on processes - that is the Task manager im using as seen in the preview.
But even that i dont understand how to use if it was useful in this at all. I just want some brute force method of dealing with this. But willing to look around .

    That's normal. (Multipe svchost.exe services)

    See:
    https://www.askvg.com/windows-10-fix...-task-manager/

RE: Process Hacker. You can open the services tab then press Ctrl+A then right click then select "copy" and paste them into a text file or paste the list here. Maybe there's something obvious that stands out.

Did you modify your post. I could swear that I saw:

    BattlEye Service - Disabled.

That would be some anti cheat thing that's built into some games. I also thought I saw Steam which I've never used.

I'm not a gamer but which game is the problem?

First thing I would do if I thought I found a lot of processes that were running that seemed wrong, I would run a virus scan. Run a scan with Malwarebytes. See what it turns up.

If you were to get Process Explorer (free from MS) you would see the company responsible for each highlighted in colour.

If you were then to organise the list by Company Name, you could quite readily see which ones were NOT Microsoft and indeed reaidly see, for most of them, what they related to.

    This might either
    - alleviate your anxiety
    or
    - greatly increase it

The choice is now yours. Example:

yea that bigger list before, was inactive services. so figured it was not going to help to add them .
battle_eye is for a free game called Planet side 2, but that game runs okay . So im not on about that game.

Star Citizen is the game in question. Star Citizen you can find at Roberts Space Industries ; website. $45 game for their cheap entry. its like a alpha state game . but players can access it still. I really like it, but I need every bit of cpu and gpu resource to run it .

i cant afford to have another service using anything if i can do anything to remedy that.

Most experienced users here would tell you not to disable services.

If anyone else knows please post.

    Maybe check system requirements here:

Game and Launcher Requirements – Cloud Imperium Games Knowledge Base

    • 16GB+ RAM
    • SSD strongly recommended

    • Drive should be NTFS formatted with at least 65 GB of space for the RSI Launcher and Star Citizen for install and at least 10GB (SSD) - 20GB (HDD) additional space for the pagefile

Which leads me to ask how is your page file set?

Manage Virtual Memory Pagefile in Windows 10

They state you need 10GB for the game to run.

That's a pretty huge page file requirement. Mine for comparison but it's not a high spec gaming machine:
