Like the title said, is there a to prevent windows from locking my pc after the screen timeout?Its not related to dynamic lock and the setting is screensaver settings. Require sign-in everytime menu is grayed out also

The PC isn't locked when the display is turned off. It is locked when the PC goes to sleep. If there's a way to prevent the latter, I don't know it.
In the "power options" control panel, you can set the sleep delay over a large range. "Never" is also an option. You'd lose the power saving advantages of sleep mode, but you wouldn't have to re-enter your PIN when the PC is awakened. (Do you have a PIN defined? 4 digits makes logging in fairly painless.)
sleep was already set to never, but when i press a key on the keyboard the wake the screen, the PC is locked. happens on 2 different laptops on 2 different microsoft accounts. I would only be like that when windows hello is enabled (fingerprint/IR)
