Uninstalled a Game on Steam, but the Storage Space Reverts to pre-Unin

    Hi all!

Unfortunately couldn't write the title longer. The last word is "pre-Uninstall".

So about 2 weeks ago (before the redownload of the game debacle that just happened a few days ago) when I was uninstalling War Thunder from Steam to clean up some storage space on my SSD, I uninstalled the launcher from the Steam, and then I deleted the "War Thunder" folder from the "Steamapps" -> "Common" folder. The storage capacity was at 24 GB, and then after I deleted the folder, it gets to 56 GB. Around the same time when I was uninstalling games, Windows updater downloaded the 20H2.
After I was done, I forgot that I either let the lappy on "Sleep" or "Shutdown". The next time I open it, I think it was the next day, I checked the storage, and I'm surprised that the storage is around 24-27 GB. I rechecked the folders, and even checked the "Users" -> "Appdata" -> "Roaming", and didn't find any trace of it. I also made sure to empty the Recycle Bin.
    Some questions came to mind.

    1. Is this related to 20H2?
    2. How do I solve this? I checked "Disk Cleanup" and it didn't show any clutter of files except the ones that I know I'm working on.
    3. Is the game somehow still there and it's a messed up registry? If so, how do I fix it?
    4. I also did use WinDirStat. I have attached the picture here.
    5. Current Empty Space of my SSD is 44,2 GB. I did uninstall a few more games, but I think when comparing the Empty Space to the total being used in WinDirStat as in my screenshot, I think some space definitely need to be accounted for.

P.S: My system spec is ASUS ROG GA502D with 8GB RAM and 500 GB SSD.
My Windows Version is 1909 (OS Build 18363.1440)
