Due to my ignorance, I have never heard/seen "PC Power and Cooling" in my nation.

Well, I'm sure there's a lot of things built in China, that I've never seen.
They built their own power supplies... sort of like Seasonic does now-a-days.
They were NOT cheap, but they were built like tanks.
/edit
Actually, I have two of them. The other one is about 13 years old. Still going strong.

I put back the old PSU.
Doing that I miss out on 150 watts or whatever... That won't be a problem right?... my old is 550M.....New is 650M
Also switched ram again. I'm going to start with 1 stick for now though. (Learned that here)
So currently 1 stick of 3200 is in slot 2
Okay, Just had another black screen restart, They are happening fast "ish" again. About 20-30 minutes apart.
However, something new. When this one just happened, right after the BIOS message my computer wanted to check my drives for issues.
You know that white text where it says "To skip drive check press any key 7, 6, 5,4,3,2,1"
I skipped it. Should I do it next go around?
I would put the new power supply back in for now.
JUST test the RAM sticks and slots.
Try all 4 sticks one at a time, in slot 2.
Yes, it's a pain, and it'll take a while. You could maybe put the 3600 sticks back in and run Memtest, the whole suite.
I looked at the memory QVL for your motherboard... I didn't see those model numbers on the list.
But that doesn't necessarily mean any thing. I also went to Gskill RAM configurator to see what RAM was compatible... but they only have the Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING, not the Gaming II. :/
The Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING only goes up to 3200Mhz, but they do show GTZR and GTZRX as compatible.
But like I said... they have nothing for the Gaming II.
You upgraded your hardware. Was the old one from same family (AMD - Intel)?
Did you do a clean install?
Did you open Device Manager to see if there is any yellow alerts of missing drivers?
Yes, I upgraded Motherboard and CPU and bought an M.2 drive
Both are AMD
No clean install of windows. Just swapped new hardware.
black screens and restarts happened after the swap, So it has to be something new.
I'm thinking about putting my old motherboard back in to see if my (New) motherboard is defective. So I can start a return
