    ok i when to the first post and changed the body of the question to say laptop. i did not think it would make much difference. being they both use win 10 but i have a laptop. anyway i will go to that place where i have my laptop info and see if i have to say that there. i think i do have laptop in that area.

    i got the new update for the os and now it should be 20h2 so that may make some difference we will now see. thanks
