    The very first thing I'd try when something weird like that occurs is to Restart the PC.

    It has to be a Restart, not a Shut down. By default Fast Start up is enabled, so a Shut down saves the kernel state and reloads it from disk at start up - ie. it's a warm start up. Only a Restart guarantees a full start up from cold that will reset everything.

    Restarting it fixes it for a little and then it starts again. I also posted this to Reddit they gave me some helpful advice. It's stopped so far.

Weird windows 10 bug

Just about every time I start windows 10 it works perfectly fine but after a while the text in the start menu starts to disappear and the text also becomes glitchy looking blocks and lines.
