Is there any document / web page / help / anything from where to find any registry location is what is for (his purpose) ?
I have found a lot of Windows Registry items that I don't know what items is linked, what is used for. This is applying for any Windows OS.

Ok, I got it, but still, what if I explore somewhere in the registry, how can I found where should I link that information and how is handled ? There is no meta table of Windows Registry ?
There is no central documentation for the registry. Documentation for individual keys and values can be fount in many locations. But be aware that much of the registry isn't officially documented at all. Much is intended for the internal use of Windows and not for use by the user or application. Whenever possible developers are recommended to use the system functions and not directly access the registry.
I think most developers would consider what you want as official documentation and Microsoft really wants to limit that. And for good reason. Once something is documented developers will feel free to use this information in their programs. If the implementation were to change, such as in a new version of the OS, applications that rely on the previous implementation would break.
If you want to know about a specific value or key you can do an Internet search. Be aware this information may be out of date or it may simply be someones guess and wrong. You have to consider the source.
More basic, the Registry is made up of 5 Hives or text files that hold entries that tell Windows how to run things. There usually are 2 or more entries for any one program or device and may be in each or all of the Hives. As is common, the caveat with working in Regedit is one misstep can be as disastrous as killing Windows necessitating a reinstall. The Registry has an Export or backup which should always be used before making changes, Registry cleaners should prompt for that.
