Acquire Jump List Contents

Is there a free software that would allow me to look inside the files that contain the items contained in a jump list?
For example, I have an MS Word jump list that contains the names of many documents I have pinned for regular access from the jump list. These documents obviously are scattered around in different folders on my hard drive.
What I would like to do is access the files that show the names of these files so I can export this list into Excel.
Obviously I can look at the list, insert the name of each file as I see it listed in the jump list one at a time.
But then wouldn't this be much easier to acquire all the file names from a software generated listing from the jump list?
I am running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, Version 2004, OS Build 19041.867

If you read it you will see it says

This utility works on Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.

You can also export the Jump Lists records to csv/tab-delimited/xml/html file.

Thanks, dalchina. I tried this app and either it doesn't do what I want or I don't know how to get it to work. So back to the drawing board.
All I was able to get out of it is the name of the jump list file, for example: f01b4d95cf55d32a.automaticDestinations-ms, but not the file names you would see in the onscreen jump list as shown by this inserted image.
