Do you have Windows Installation Disk ? We'll need to get 2 files from the installation disk. The 2 .xml files are no longer good.
I have an iso image disk of Windows, is it good ?

Yes, Mount the ISO file, navigate to X: \sources where X: is your virtual DVD drive. Look for install.wim or install.esd
Then use 7-Zip to open it. If you don't have 7-zip installed, google and download it then install.
Once either install.win or install.esd opened with 7-Zip. navigate to 6\Windows\System32\Recovery. The 2 files mentioned above should be there, Delete the 2 xml files, then copy the new ReAgent.xml and WinRe.wim over.
Once done, open Admin command prompt again then type: Reagentc /enable
    If it shows: Enabled
    then you are done.
WinRe.wim is now moved to the Recovery Partition along with a copy of ReAgent.xml containing new info.

You don't need to convert the esd file. 7-Zip can open both types.
From 7-zip windows, just select those 2 files, drag and drop them into C:\Windows\System32\Recovery folder.

    You are quite Welcome.

    type: Reagentc /info
    Does it say Enabled ???

Another way is type: bcdedit /enum all
There should be a Recovery Entry in there also.

You could also try to boot into the Recovery Environment: Hold SHIFT key->Restart

In addition, you should also remove the letter D: assigned to the Recovery partition.
