You don't need to convert the esd file. 7-Zip can open both types.
From 7-zip windows, just select those 2 files, drag and drop them into C:\Windows\System32\Recovery folder.

Did it say Enabled ???

Another way is type: bcdedit /enum all
There should be a Recovery Entry in there also.

You could also try to boot into the Recovery Environment: Hold SHIFT key->Restart

In addition, you should also remove the letter D: assigned to the Recovery partition.

Here we are, I think all is OK !!!!!!!!
