I did, perhaps, slightly over-simplify my explanation. It took quite a few false starts with Google images to nail it. The key was to try as many as possible potential keywords along with the image. The wining combination was 'Windows 10 notification'.

...but gave me the clue I needed - the name of the monitor. Another (conventional) Google search found another review I could link to for the OP.
