Hello,Recently I tried to run "Video to Video Converter" program, it gave error notices (2) as on attached screenshot.This program worked always nicely, no problems.Tried to reboot - same results.Reinstalled the program - same results.Ran sfc scan - everything clean.

The error---ntdll.dll---indicates file corruption or missing files.
Run---sfc /scannow---followed by---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---which hopefully may repair the files.
If it doesn't,then a clean install could be the appropriate solution.
Have you checked ---Reliability History--- and ---dxdiag--- for any entries relevant to the problem?
SFC depends on dism so you must run dism before sfc.
I suggest also to do the SFC scan but also to check what is logged in windows event logger too.
Maybe you can see the problem logged tehre.
Press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, enter eventvwr (or eventvwr. msc) and hit OK.

sfc restores from a cached copy found in the Windows folder and does not require Internet access.If sfc does not fix the problem,then dism is used to fix image corruption,from a Windows update source,requiring Internet access.
sfc can then be used again to confirm dism was successful in repairing the component store.
Win 10 built-in tools can sometimes be used to supplement each other,rarely in a complementary role.
