If I understand you correctly... and you want to output all your personalizations, etc.... you can't.

Some parts of Windows settings can be exported. Like drivers, anything done with Winaero Tweaker, things done with Open Shell, bookmarks, etc.

It would be nice if you could export all Windows User settings in one shot.



Me... I made a folder called Windows tweaks in which I save everything I've tweaked, that CAN'T be easily exported.
Sometimes text files, sometimes pics, sometimes reg files, etc.

There are 3rd party programs that allow you to transfer user profiles. What they transfer can be selected, and that might allow some relevant selection. E.g.

Do you mean something like this from a CMD Prompt? . . .

ipconfig /all > "%UserProfile%\Desktop\IP_Config_All.log"

It will create a IP_Config_All.log file on the Desktop. If you have Relocated your Desktop, change the Path accordingly.
