Windows 10 Snip Image too dark..

    Windows Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

When using SnipImage on sites with a dark mode,,as soon as you select NEW the entire site gets dark.
Making it difficult to see what you are selecting to clip...
    Any suggestions ??
Try it on this sites forum home page and you'll see what I mean..
    Thanks Guys...

That 'dimming' seems to be normal and may be exacerbated by the Theme in use, I mostly use the 3-key method of clipping.

By 'Snipimage' do you mean Snip & Sketch ? If so, then on this site's forum home page I see what you mean (though I can still see enough to work with it)....

Try the old Snipping Tool instead. That one lightens the image instead

If you try it on this site it's really bad and can hardly see the site...
What is the 'three key' method??? I use CTRL/C sometimes but that's two key..
    Thanks...

They should fix it because it really sucks the way it is now..

Open Snip and Sketch and it tells the viewer about the 3-key use.

Excellent productivity booster, @Berton. Can't believe I never twigged to this before. Gave you a shout-out in my blog for today: Three-Key Method Enables Instant Screen Snip.
    Good stuff!

Well, it's really not a hidden shortcut..It's right there on the opening screen when you select Snip&Sketch through a normal shortcut.. I have used it before but was a little confused the way Berton first mentioned it..
