    Weird white/black box wont disappear from desktop

    Hello, i was hoping someone could please provide some help to this situation. There is a black box with a white header that are staying stuck on my desktop. I am fully updated on everything i have restarted more than once. After i restart and login the window actually shows up as the bottom photo attached. I can alter the size and it never disappears or shows i have any programs open.

    OS Build 19042.870

    Hi, to identify the underlying process, install WinSpy++
    Download WinSpy++ 1.7

    - drag the target over that window and the details should be displayed in WinSpy's window.

    Once you know the process responsible you can look for related startups, the most complete list- including scheduled tasks- being given by Autoruns (free from MS) which gives check box control and information on each in categories (as well as other categories unrelated to this).

    You are awesome thank you so much. The problem was voicecontrolengine.exe after further research I found it pertains to MSI Dragon Center.
