    Because they are a reasonable size, I personally would copy them individually, just in case there was a complication and some of the files etc become corrupted. After the copy has completed, I would also compare the Properties of the TWO folders to make sure that they MATCH.

    I hope this helps.

    From my XP, individual copy seems to be faster.

    if you want to copy them both in same time but one by one, robocopy should do it.

    Example how to copy 2 files from one drive "C:" to another drive "D:"

    Code:
    robocopy C:\somefolder D:\backup game.exe file.zip
    Will copy game.exe and file.zip from C:\somefolder to D:\backup

    @makhan10 -

    IMO, it really doesn't matter.

    It's more the speed of the two devices communicating and the interfaces involved.
    However, I would limit the amount of I/O operations during the transfer, i.e. not doing any other drive copies, searching, indexing, etc.

    HTH,

    I use a program called TeraCopy to copy and move files around. Provides many more features than the built in copy handler. Unattended copy, verification, pause and resume, lists files that errored out, and more. ITs free to use, though I have purchased the Pro version because I have used it for years and wanted to support the creator.
